Our approach to your information
PAS iDMS supports the business operations of PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia. This policy explains what information the app processes, how it is used, and how to request access, correction or deletion.
About this app
PAS iDMS supports the business operations of PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia. PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia own and control the business data processed through the app. Future Hub Myanmar Co., Ltd. develops, supports and maintains the software for PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia; it does not own their business data.
Information processed
The app processes account information, such as a user name and login credentials; a device identifier; location when a sales visit is recorded; photos taken for visit or product-display records; and customer, stock, sales and order records used in the app.
How information is obtained and used
Information is entered by an authorized user, obtained from the device when a relevant feature is used, or downloaded from the connected business system. It is used to sign users in, record customer visits, capture visit photos, prepare orders, manage stock and synchronize work with that system.
Permissions
The app asks for camera access when taking a visit photo and location access when recording a customer visit. These permissions can be managed in the device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Storage and sharing
Account and business information may be stored on the device for offline use. Records are synchronized with business systems controlled by PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia when synchronization is performed. Future Hub Myanmar may handle data only as needed to provide software support and maintenance, subject to authorization from PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia.
Retention and deletion
Logging out clears the app’s locally stored database and preferences. PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia retain synchronized business records for up to three years. They review these records annually and delete or anonymize them when their retention period ends. Send requests to access, correct or delete business records to the contact details below; Future Hub Myanmar will refer them to PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia for review.
Your choices
You can manage camera and location permissions in your device settings. Future Hub Myanmar receives privacy requests at the contact details below and coordinates them with PAS Myanmar and PAS Cambodia, which control the business data.
Privacy and software support contact
